Below is an overview of our sheet metal fabrication services. While the scope of our offering is not unlike many of our competitors, we differentiate by adhering to a business philosophy we call the "Custom Metal Way." We operate from a well equipped, climate controlled facility that enables us to handle large production runs down to small quantities. Our Capabilities include fabricating from stainless steel, aluminum, steel, brass, copper, galvanized and exotic metals. While tolerances of +/- 0.010" are achievable, typical customer requirements fall within +/- 0.030".

Laser Cutting
Laser cutting technology has revolutionized the metal fabrication industry by eliminating the need to invest time and money building customized tools to facilitate the production of accurate parts. By combining speed with precision, Laser cutting is great for production and prototyping runs of all sizes given upfront costs are significantly reduced by minimizing tooling and setup requirements.
Our Laser Cutting machines have the capacity to handle sheet sizes up to 60" wide and 120" in length, cut thickness of 5/8" for Steel, 1/4" for Aluminum and 3/8" for Stainless Steel, and hold a tolerance of +/- 0.005".
CNC Punching
Our STRIPPIT CNC Turret Punch Press is equipped with fully rotational punching heads permitting the fabrication of a wide variety of parts embedded with a mix of punched holes and shapes at different sizes. With the added capability of using special forming tools such as louvers, countersinks, and extrusions, we are able to offer rapid prototyping and low volume production runs without delay.
Our CNC Turret Punch Press has the capacity to handle sheet sizes up to 39" wide and 96" in length, in thicknesses up to 1/4", and hold a tolerance of +/- 0.008".
Metal Forming
We utilize a number of different press brakes that allow us to process precision formed parts. Whether it's close tolerance radii, curves, or bump bending, our trained associates combined with our advanced equipment enables us to perform some of the most challenging sheet metal bends.
Our CNC forming machines can make pieces of up to 10 feet long and hold a tolerence of +/- 0.010".
Rolling
To accommodate fabrication requirements which include conical or cylindrical shapes, we deploy rolling equipment that offers us the flexibility to form metal into a variety of geometries. The adaptability of our rolling equipment allows us to not only handle a range of metal types, but also serves to optimize the forming process in order to provide cost effective fabrication solutions.
Our rolling machines have the capacity to form metal in thicknesses up to 1/4", widths up to 48", and hold a tolerence of +/- 0.015".
Welding
We offer a complete range of welding capabilities including MIG, TIG and Spot Welding. We can weld aluminum, steel or stainless steel, as well as exotic metals. Precision fixtures can be made so your high tolerances can be maintained.
Our highly trained and skilled welders have years of combined experience to ensure your products, parts, enclosures, and assemblies are welded properly, completely, and to your exact specifications.
Finishing
We are able to apply a range of surface finishes to all of our fabricated parts and assemblies in order to comply with end-use application requirements or simply to provide a desired aesthetic appearance. We also utilize the expertise of several local sources for special finishes, including anodizing, electropolishing, plating, and powder coating, which allows us to simplify the purchasing process while ensuring quality and consistency.
Machining Services
We are capable of providing a range of complementary, in-house machining processes, including CNC milling, drilling, turning, tapping and boring. In instances where advanced CNC machining is necessary, we partner with our trusted network of machine shops to complete the required operations.
